PluralSight offers online video training and owns the exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, distribute and sell PluralSight products and\or services. You may access PluralSight’s official website at PluralSight.com.
WE HEREBY NOTIFY YOU THAT THE FOLLOWING URLS ARE UNLAWFULLY PRESENTING AND USING PLURALSIGHT CONTENT WITHOUT THE PERMISSION AND/OR AUTHORIZATION OF PLURALSIGHT LLC, THUS, INFRINGING OUR CLIENT'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS INCLUDING ITS TRADEMARK AND/OR COPYRIGHTS AND/OR REPUTATION:
Such unauthorized use of PluralSight’s copyrights exploits its reputation and goodwill, likely causing confusion and misleading the public about any affiliation, association, or connection between PluralSight and the mentioned URLs, while diluting and harming its goodwill.
Such actions constitute, inter alia, misappropriation and violation of our client’s rights, causing harm and damage thereto. These actions entitle PluralSight to various forms of relief, including monetary compensation.
THEREFORE, WE REQUEST THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE REPORTED URLS.
We are providing this notice in good faith and with PluralSight's reasonable belief that its rights are being infringed. Under penalty of perjury, we certify that the information contained in the notification is both true and accurate, and we have the authority to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrights involved.
Should you not comply with our request, we reserve PluralSight's rights to take whatever action we consider appropriate to protect its rights.
Please be aware that nothing contained in this letter is intended to constitute a waiver of any of PluralSight’s legal rights or remedies, all of which are hereby expressly reserved. |
